The Problem / The Challenge:
Mr M from Rainham decided to tidy his garden shed on Friday afternoon, Mr M noticed that there were hundreds of wasps buzzing around the shed roof. Once he had unlocked and entered the shed, he then noticed that there was a buzzing sound above his head, when he looked up, he could see the wasps entering from a small hole in the shed roof. It was quickly apparent that wasps had built a nest in the shed roof space.
With a barbecue for family and friends planned the following day for a special birthday celebration, it was obvious that the garden was unusable until the wasps were safely removed. Mr M gave me a call and we arranged an urgent visit.
The Pest2Kill Solution:
We understood that it was imperative to Mr M for us to attend the site immediately, as the wasp problem needed to be dealt with prior to the birthday celebration, so an emergency visit was arranged. That same afternoon we attended Mr M’s property in Rainham, and it was apparent that it was going to be a quite simple procedure to remove all the wasps and make the shed and garden safe to use once again.
With the shed structure being quite old, the roof had become weathered and a slight gap in the roof felt had been big enough for the wasps to gain entry. Once we had treated the wasp problem, to put the clients mind a rest we secured and gaps with a waterproof sealant to prevent further entry.
“Thank you so much for your quick, professional and efficient response to our wasps nest infestation. With our special birthday celebrations due to be held the next day, it was important to get rid of the wasps as soon as possible.
Your swift response to our call, friendly manner and competitive pricing was all incredibly positive and we’ll be keeping your contact information in case we should ever have any such pest control problems again.”
